This program is for non-EU entrepreneurs with a scalable, innovative concept who are willing to live in the Netherlands and actively build their startup here. You have a clear value proposition, a team capable of executing, and a plan to gain traction. We work with a selection process: not every application fits our focus or meets the program’s requirements.
We start with a document-based intake. This is followed by a conversation in which we take a close look at your proposition, market, team, planning, and overall feasibility. If we see a good match, we make agreements about guidance and communication. We then support you in preparing for the trajectory and make sure you know what is needed, and when.
During the first year, the focus is on execution: validation, sharpening your value proposition, building your network, and organising your next steps (customers, partners, funding). We support you with practical guidance and, where relevant, connect you to experts or partners. You remain responsible for execution; we guide and monitor progress at a high level.
