Athletilearn

AthletiLearn is a European Erasmus+ project that aims to strengthen entrepreneurial skills among vocational education and training (VET) students by combining entrepreneurship education with sport-based learning. The project addresses a clear challenge in VET: many teachers lack the time, tools and methodologies to effectively teach entrepreneurship in an engaging and practical way. AthletiLearn supports VET teachers, particularly in rural areas, by providing innovative learning solutions that use sport as an active and motivating environment to develop both soft skills, such as teamwork and leadership, and essential entrepreneurial “hard” skills, including marketing, finance and business thinking. Within the project, the partnership will develop an entrepreneurial curriculum, a sport-based learning course, and a practical teacher guide that enables easy implementation in the classroom, alongside supporting materials to ensure long-term impact and transferability across Europe. AthletiLearn is coordinated by Stichting Incubator (INQ) in the Netherlands and is implemented together with HPO Media Management Ltd (Cyprus), CEBANC (Spain), Profesionalna gimnazia Asen Zlatarov (Bulgaria), and Súkromná stredná športová škola (Slovakia), combining expertise in entrepreneurship, vocational education and sport to create inclusive, innovative and practice-oriented learning opportunities.

E-crafts

E-CRAFTS is a European Erasmus+ project focused on empowering women at risk of social exclusion by strengthening their skills in digital entrepreneurship and e-commerce within the craft sector. The project addresses a key challenge faced by many women artisans: despite having strong creative and craft skills, they often lack access to digital tools, training and support networks needed to enter the online market and achieve economic independence. E-CRAFTS aims to reduce this gap by combining accessible digital training with practical opportunities to commercialise craft products online.

Within the project, partners will develop a MOOC on digital entrepreneurship and e-commerce, covering topics such as online sales, digital marketing, basic finance and business management, alongside an E-CRAFTS digital platform and marketplace that allows women to directly sell their handcrafted products. The project also includes face-to-face workshops, mentoring activities and support networks in each partner country, ensuring an inclusive and practice-oriented learning approach. All tools and materials are designed to be accessible, flexible and transferable, supporting long-term impact and sustainability beyond the project duration.

E-CRAFTS is coordinated by Dinserta Centro Especial de Empleo (Spain) and implemented by a strong European partnership including Stichting Incubator (INQ) (Netherlands), Eurodimensions (Malta), CRES - Centro di Ricerche e Studi Europei (Italy), Digital Learning Hub - DiLH (Cyprus), Mezopotamya Genç Akım Derneği (MEGA) (Turkey), and Action for the Civil Society (AFCS) (Greece). Together, the partners combine expertise in adult education, social inclusion, digital training, entrepreneurship and the craft sector to promote economic autonomy, digital inclusion and sustainable female entrepreneurship across Europe.

PowerPack

PowerPack is a European Erasmus+ project that aims to support the personal, social and emotional development of children by strengthening well-being in primary education. The project responds to the growing need for early mental health support, as many children experience stress, low mood or emotional difficulties at a young age, while teachers often lack structured and practical tools to address these topics in the classroom. PowerPack helps schools intervene early by making well-being and emotional development more accessible, positive and embedded in everyday learning.

Within the project, partners will develop a set of practical, interactive and child-friendly resources that can be seamlessly integrated into primary school education. These include the PowerPack Roadmap, which provides schools with a clear framework for implementing personal, social and emotional development (PSED) in their curriculum; the PowerPack Toolkit, offering playful learning activities for pupils alongside a comprehensive teacher guide; and PowerPack Support, which focuses on peer support among children and active involvement of parents and carers. Together, these tools help children build self-awareness, resilience, emotional regulation and social skills that form a strong mental foundation for lifelong growth.

PowerPack is coordinated by Stichting Incubator (INQ) in the Netherlands and is implemented together with Esplai Social (Spain), Be Trained Academy (Cyprus), József Attila Primary School (Romania), and School’s Cool Friesland (Netherlands). By combining expertise in education, social inclusion, digital learning and child development, the partnership works to create inclusive, practical and sustainable solutions that support children, educators and families across Europe.

SPARK

SPARK – STEAM and Personal Finance for Real-World Knowledge is a European Erasmus+ project that aims to strengthen financial literacy and personal decision-making skills among students by integrating them into STEAM education. The project responds to a growing societal need: young people are increasingly expected to make complex financial decisions, while financial education is often fragmented, theoretical or disconnected from real life. SPARK bridges this gap by embedding financial literacy directly into STEAM subjects, making learning practical, engaging and relevant for today’s digital world.

Within the project, the partnership will develop innovative digital learning resources that combine financial concepts with science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics. These include an interactive online learning environment, featuring a virtual escape room, animated educational videos and digital learning modules, as well as comprehensive teacher training materials to support classroom implementation. Through hands-on, problem-based and gamified learning experiences, SPARK helps students build critical thinking, financial awareness and real-world problem-solving skills, while supporting teachers in delivering modern, interdisciplinary education.

SPARK is coordinated by Stichting Onderwijs Midden Limburg (SOML) and implemented by a diverse European partnership including Stichting Incubator (INQ) (Netherlands), youThrive (Malta), CRES - Centro di Ricerche e Studi Europei (Italy), San Gorg Preca College, Hamrun Secondary (Malta), and Kauno Simono Daukanto progimnazija (Lithuania). By combining expertise in education, digital learning, financial literacy and social inclusion, the partners work together to equip young people with the skills they need to navigate financial challenges and succeed in an increasingly complex and digital society.

UnlockEquality

UnlockEquality – Level up your workplace is a European Erasmus+ project that aims to support gender equality and inclusion in workplaces and educational environments by turning awareness into concrete action. Despite ongoing progress, gender inequality often remains hidden, normalized or difficult to address in daily professional life. UnlockEquality responds to this challenge by making gender equality practical, understandable and achievable for organisations, educators and adult learners across sectors.

The project focuses on helping participants recognise gender bias, understand its impact and actively improve equality in their own environments. To achieve this, UnlockEquality will develop engaging and accessible learning tools, including serious games, interactive workshops and a digital repository of resources that support reflection, discussion and behavioural change. These tools are designed to be flexible and adaptable, allowing organisations to integrate them into training programmes, HR practices and lifelong learning initiatives. By combining awareness-raising with practical strategies, the project empowers employees, managers and educators to foster more inclusive, diverse and respectful workplaces.

UnlockEquality is coordinated by the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) and implemented by a strong European partnership including Stichting Incubator (INQ) (Netherlands), Eurodimensions (Malta), Babele create together ApS (Denmark), and Udruga DONUM (Croatia). Together, the partners bring expertise in entrepreneurship, adult education, social innovation, digital learning and inclusion, working collaboratively to embed gender equality into everyday organisational practices and contribute to lasting systemic change across Europe.
